Joe, I think a lot of people are waiting to see if the "seasonal" slowness spreads into September. As you recall, the company pre-announced in early September, so many people are leery of buying until there is some confirmation that orders are picking up. I also think that two other issues may be weighing down the price: (1) the pending secondary and (2) questions whether the merger was smooth. Regarding the second point, I think some investors get nervous when a company buys another company of similar size but headquartered on a different coast, especially when the combined entity promptly pre-announces poor sales. Kinda reminds me of Bay in '94/'95. I'm still long, and will add to my position upon confirmation that things are OK. I'm willing to pay a few more points for the added security. Matt
