Uh, are you thinking Bush is running for something this November, Cliff? Did you know Kerry carried Wisconsin (10 electoral votes) by fraud in Milwaukee county? Votes cast supposedly went up about 17% in 2004 from 1996 even though the population dropped. 70% turnout in an big city. Ha ha. But Democratic fraud is common in big city machines.
