The judge is not the screw-up here, but that matters very little. The judge can have the luxury of letting this terrorist live after he contributed to 3,000 murders. But that will make the wresting of our liberties back from the Imperial Judiciary that much more brutal. Judges have been jailed before in wartime because they were unreliable when it came to duty. It would be a positive if we started doing it again.

Anyone who can't see that is WAY over the top...
