Whoa cowboy, You are way to aggitated for a guy who lost a measly $2000 on an obviously aggressive stock. Now on some issues I agree with you, management has made some horrible deals (the preferred) and far to optimistic (particularly when discussing their potential one-on-one with investors), but they still have a very exciting technology and excellent prospects. Your concerns about earnings are way off base. Stocks are discounting mechanisms. Market value occurs well before earnings appear (or have you never read the research reports of a biotech or internet company?) I think you should stick to day trading your index fund and leave individual stock selection to those that can stomach the ups and downs. (Or prehaps you should just cover your short position since your little scare tactic is not working out as you planned!!) Scott
