You're right about that they treat everybody the same. I hope KLP gets used to it, I know I am used to it. I just remove my shoes always and submit to whatever the TSA wants to do, luckily I haven't had a cavity search yet, that could get messy. It does kind of bother me though when they are pushing around the old folks. It is uncomfortable to watch them order 80 yr old folks to "Spread 'em" after they take away their walkers while their spouses are yelling about how they can't stand up without help, or have some other medical problem. Sometimes alzheimer's is coming on and they have difficulty following orders. Still, if you're in the humiliation business, the old and invalid are prime targets. Remember when they used to randomly select one person from each flight to search before boarding. I do, the first flight after 911 I took there were four legs and four single beautiful blond white women were searched. One seemed ditsy and flustered. I walked up to her afterwards and told her she was picked because she was the prettiest. I also had a gay friend who got a job at the airport after 911, I know he liked his job, I would ask him about how it is now, but he got fired after the drug test.
