That's what the Third Court of Appeals declared Ronnie Earle's subpoenas. 
    "The point here is Ronnie Earle is abusing his office ... 
    to have a court declare that Ronnie Earle was abusing his 
    office, and that is in effect what the Third Court said," 
    [Delay lawyer] Hennessy said.
The same court has set oral arguments on the State's Appeal (of Judge Pat Priest's dismissal of all or part of the three politically-motivated indictments) at 1:30 PM on March 22, 2006.
