The neighborhood where Mr Tekle Zigetta lived, and was arrested with his Billion Dollar bills, is none too scenic or safe.

In Los Angeles just west of Vermont Avenue, ten blocks south of the 105 Freeway.

He is also listed as President of the "152 Development Corp" incorporated in Nevada, at the same address, which was suspended in June 2005.
