CMD news yesterday... 9/17 Three former officers have been indicted by U.S. Atty, They are subject to 120 years in the slammer on combined basis. This has damped the momentum which was building the past two weeks as the stock climbed from 7 1/4 to 8 3/4 on anticipation of better than expected earnings and favorable large design wins form major new customers. The indictments are OLD news and were developed due to stuff done over three years ago. The company has new management -- in place almost three years -- and all these crooks have long been dumped out on the street. Still a good buy under 7 3/4.
