DJE thanks for the reply. Yeah, I am amazed at what I read from time to time. Plenty are whining, thinking they are getting ripped off. Somehow, as the 'logic' goes, their little Jr. stock will double without the USGL deal. "We've got the deposits." Funny thing is that all of them had to option away some of their deposits in order to survive long enough to drill. Then of course none have any treasury and would have to do further dilutive PPs in order to fund further drilling/exploration. Yet that seems to be beside the point in the face of the 'potential' gold in the ground. LOL! Never fall in love with a stock.

I mean really there are two options:
1. Go with the Big Dog and be part of something.
2. Go it alone and struggle for several more years before leveraging down to 10% net profits.

Ah so the CAT.v news is mildly disappointing. That explains the drop. Too many dreamers in this one should be easy to shake them out. The only question I have for these NV juniors is, are they a target of USGL? I've bet on QEE, MAD & BVG. The others I'd consider at this point are CAT and NC's M&Ms (MTR, MC). VGN is a big maybe, but their association with OZN bothers me as I have decided that OZN is pretty poorly run and nothing more than a lotto ticket at this point.

This line in the DEZ 'stuff' caught my attention:
If a U.S> Holder of Desert Sun shares that exercises its right to dissent receives any interest, such interest will be subject to Canadian withholding tax. Guess I'll have to bug the Tax Guy about this.

Good luck on the Cortez Trend play. Did you pick up USGL shares through the 'discount?'
