He was afraid to stand and fight then and it looks like he is afraid to stand and fight this time too. Is he going to wait till the democratic strategists tell him to take a stand? Russ Feingold isn't afraid. He isn't glancing at the polls to see what to do or waiting for Hillary to make a move. He is doing what he thinks is right. He has a lot of courage.
