I'm not sure what you may be suggesting with the article, but I see nothing wrong in and of itself with the changing of horses along the way... I'm not trying to be an apologist for the White House, but there are circumstances that may not be made known to us, so a few changes could seem okay... I agree, the port deal could have been handled differently... GZ
