re:......homicide is treated like its outside the purview of the NRA It is - they defend rights of law abiding citizens and support lengthy jail time for gun crimes. They defend their members when they are caught carrying a gun illegally. They pretend that the right to bear arms means that every citizen should have a closet full of weaponry. They pretend they are working for the Common Good when in fact, they are working only for their membership which on average happens to be a small but affluent and influential group in this country.
