You morons JUST DON'T GET IT. The planning, preparation, and response to the storm, which ALL interested parties were FULLY aware that it WILL have dire consequences for NO, WAS NON-EXISTENT. PRESIDENT CHIMP was asleep at the wheel, totally out-to-lunch in vacation land in his vast ranch. PRESIDENT CHIMP was negligent to the point of criminality.
