14:47 Floor Talk: Market rally As noted earlier, the market saw a sharp rally following the release of the Beige Book report. Although our Bond Team notes notes that much of the language in this report was similar to the last one (and thus we have not seen much in the bond market since the Beige Book), one contact points to the section citing "modest wage pressures" -- which had been a real concern for the market -- and says this report alleviates this concern to a certain degree. Thus, in theory, this could allow the Fed to forego some of its planned rate hikes.
