Our current Prez has a lock on that position, and he still has almost three more years to continue to screw things up. And don't forget the President who had more staffers indicted than any other. BTW, I notice I haven't heard much here about W's Domestic Policy Advisor, Claude Allen, who resigned in February after being charged with theft for allegedly making fraudulent returns to several department stores, receiving refunds for merchandise he hadn't paid for in the first place. - Allen
