Don, Agree with you 100%, think this is very bullish for the Co. besides they unloaded a lot of debt, but nevertheless the prefered holders are going to have a 2-3 fold profit. What me and Wpckr are trying to do is take advantage of them cashing in. Of course the whole thing could backfire because as you say I'm sure the Co is aware of this and may just come out with postive news to offset it. Either way we go back in next week and add more. Addi, Zacks did have a estimate of .25c for fye97.(I guess predilution). Think we are going to be surprised with the quarter. Just look at the contracts annouced in last 6 months. Sam
