I thought $5 could be a resistance point OR if it holds it would become a support point. The one thing that kept me worrying during this rally was MRV's management! I am a loooong time holder of this stock, so I know that this company's management is incredibly adept at screwing up things! I get the impression that the top 'guy' is a techie and I do not see evidence that he is a good business type guy... How could one make a private placement well below the market price? It tells the market that you are valuing your company lower than the current stock price, not to mention the dilution. I work for a company that also did a private placement recently, also while their stock price was moving up, but it was much higher than the market price. I continue to be frustrated with this management...
