Your logic is very illogical. Today's purchases were not "little piddly (sp?) # of shares". What do you call one purchase of 100,000
shares. Do you suppose some eccentric millionair decided to do day
trades with 100,000 shares? Unlikely, most probably its either insiders or institutions loading up in anticipation of some rock solid news.

That's my take on it.
