"In the event that we engage in a merger or acquisition transaction, it is possible that the value realized by our shareholders in such a transaction might be significantly less than the $95.1 million of shareholders' equity recorded on our consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2005, due to the fact that our market capitalization is significantly below the book value of the our shareholders' equity. Lastly, in the event that we are unsuccessful with the divestiture of our assets or are unable to successfully conclude any merger or acquisition activity, it is possible that our Board of Directors could decide to liquidate all of our assets, in which event the value realized by our shareholders would be significantly less than the $95.1 million of shareholders' equity recorded on our consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2005.
