Bushies are pretending to rejoice about impeachment talk. Limbaugh calls it a "gift" that will rally the base. That is assuming Bush has any base left. More likely, the public will support impeachment in 2007, though a suitable replacement must be put into position first, and Cheney must be taken out so he can't possibly benefit.
