Shades I'll never leave. It's like "the Hotel California" Closing the stock account and getting back to RE but now outside of FL wouldn't change that. Hey I love you guys. Perhaps we are days from the crash and all this analysis and introspective from some of the smartest people I've met anywhere will finally payoff.. I too often feel placing your bets on Wall Street is like thinking your gonna beat the house in one of the large Vegas casinos.. Even when you built up a lot of chips you are destined to lose it again unless you have the guts to cash out and be done with it.. The intelligence level of folks here far surpasses just about all the folks in the RE game. Most did very well cause they had the smarts to stay out of casinos<g>..
