It is amazing how angry and defensive the pro-Bush crowd has become... I have seen several different articles, perhaps some posted here, whose authors postulate that GWB is more of a messianic figure than a politician, to his hard-core base. The anger of his "disciples" becomes understandable when viewed as such.
