I think the prices are leveling off, but that's not a result of the hurricanes. As counter intuitive as it sounds, there is actually a post-hurricane inflation of prices in the effected areas. And there is something like 2000 people a day moving to Florida.

But I think if there is another really bad season, people will start moving out. Looking over your shoulder (for destruction of all your property) six months a year isn't a lot of fun.

BTW, a bone to pick. I wish you would stop the one after another after another insult posts to Ted. It's boring. If you disagree, argue the point. Pure insult posts are a waste of everybody's time.
