UTSI down in ah on news of delay in filing Annual report. UTStarcom To Delay Filing 2005 Annual Report >UTSI 4:33 PM EST March 16, 2006 UTStarcom Inc. (UTSI) late Thursday said it would delay filing its 2005 annual report with regulators in order to allow it time to complete its assessment of internal control over financial reporting. The company also said the delay would allow its audit committee more time to review the previously disclosed premature recognition of revenue involving a customer in India.
