I am in since early January at 13.63 so I can afford to wait.
The latest explanation - that I have seen - as to why this stock has not moved is that it has too much cash on hand but that it should reach 18 within 12 months. I am giving these experts the benefit of the doubt until year's end.
I still think some of the GOOG and AAPL money will eventually move to underperformers like EMC.
