Imagine if regular people had to get rid of junk. We have to hire a container, pay for its hauling and also pay for eventual disposal of the junk.

But not Gaddafi. He got PAID so somebody could haul his junk. And that somebody is Dumbya -- spending OUR money to buy Gaddafi's JUNK!
