What are you trying to do? Sell me some Intag I don't want?

The last I knew, Ramtron does not show its investment in Racom on the books. This was because Racom was a private company when Ramtron made its investment. Now that Racom is public and valued according to the market, this may change. On a similar note, about the only economic benefit Racom has to Ramtron is if Ramtron sells Racom FRAM chips or kickbacks through their tripartate license agreement. Of course, the tripartate agreement works both ways and provides some kick backs to Racom as well.

Friday's have been bad days for bulls lately. I'm wondering if RMTR will get cheaper tomorrow (Friday). The market appears to believe the big boys (e.g., MSFT, CSCO, INTC) are fully valued and these stock have not done much lately. As such, I've been rolling INTCWs into RMTR and suggest you think about something similar. As things stand, 100 shrs of INTCW will roughly get you 1000 shrs RMTR. This is my power play of the week. It is based on the expectation that RMTR will see 9 1/2 before INTCW will see 95. Of course, I'm a firm believer Rohm will announce this month. Otherwise, we'll be rolling RMTR into Racom 1:1 at Racom's price.

BTW, my comments about the brother were not appreciated at Ramtron.
