The truely rich don't even work jobs. They don't even pay taxes. They live off of capital gains and interest on municipal bonds. They also have great tax shelters, trusts and offshore scams, shill companies. Where is the Estate Tax for the Kennedy's for example? I don't see any of their mansions going bye bye from one generation to the next. What did bill Clinton do? That's right he declared that anybody working a JOB and making more than 100K is truely rich! What a crock of BS and he raised their taxes dramatically. They were simply middle class folks. He didn't touch the REALLY rich. He closed no shelters, trusts or raise the capital gains rate or add taxes to munis.
