I agree that ain't fun and try to avoid it and overpriced hurricane exposed Florida property these days. Yeah those licensed A/C guys or roofers are the new age millionaires, Who'd have thunk five years ago. Maybe one day Mish will finally figure out all the inflation out there that we see.

Buying property way below market always fun or owning real nice newer property that is also a nice income generator is always fun. In each case you are building a ton of equity and any hassle with repair guys is either nonexistent or a minor inconvenience..
