Fill or kill requires that the entire order be executed -- no partial fills.

Immediate or cancel requires that they attempt to fill when the order comes in, and if the market has moved then the order is cancelled. You can, however, get partial fills.

At least this is my understanding ... I don't use Fido for active trading, so I've never used those options.
