If John Doe got a tax cut and Joe Blow didn't, then John Doe thinks everybody got tax cuts and Joe Blow doesn't.

How do you resolve this?

The only way I know how is to lump everybody together, and if you lump everybody together, then the tax cuts are illusory, and federal spending has increased more than under any President in our lifetimes.

But apparently you'd rather talk about John Doe and ignore Joe Blow.
