Every time I think the dumbass politicians can do nothing that would surprise me anymore they come through with flying colors. That is simply UFB. I can't think of any other way to put it. Art! Give me a break. 525 inmates for 20 mill. How flippen absurd. Give me 20 mill and I'll build you a jail that houses 5000 but the boys ain't going to be watching flat screen tv's or having private showers. Simply absurd.

As an aside, I'm in the construction trade on the commercial building level. Until we stop paying architect's and engineer's based on the cost of the project we are going to continue to build schools with stoned archways and round rooms, etc. Anything to drive up the cost and our commission.
