it is a tender offer, not like last year. I believe if the shares are tendered, Lyon would be in deep kimchee if he somehow decides to change his mind. The stock closed around 75 yesterday. Based on the fundamentals, I found it hard to believe that the institutions would be so greedy. In either case, I believe we will know the answer today before close. Look at the holders: finance.yahoo.com You don't suppose the different PMs have strategy in place right and their traders ready to push buttons?
