Hi wfrazee! I had a look at their site. Elevating (haha). From the investor information, I gather the company has 3.225 mln. shares, wrts & options outstanding. Shoul cap the company at 25.8 mln. @ $8 a share. Does that comply with reality? I'll have to dig into the figures and earnings later. Kim
