BTW, I think I figured out why you think you got a tax cut. Bush did tell the Treasury to send everybody their tax refunds early. But the tax refunds were based on the ones everybody got the year before.

I don't deny this was a good idea. But it wasn't a tax cut. If you got too much you had to pay it back.
