Well Ice, sorry to sound 'defeatist' but, for me, I just
kind of have to accept it as part of 'the game'. It's like
the politicians on Capitol Hill. You know that not everything
is on the level -- but there's not much you can do about it.

Plenty of people are using legitimate means to make money
in the stock market, so I just kind of follow them (as far
as methods, but I pick my own stocks). You could contact
the SEC, but it's long row to hoe.

I'm not much help. Sorry.
