You'd think. But there were a great many accounts to deal with, and naturally the brokerages thought the whole exercise was an annoyance. They should have appointed a small group of people to do nothing but deal with the cert pull, but they didn't do that.

After GVRP, I can imagine any amount of incompetence on their part.
