the ONLY time he's not had a bloody OATH SIGNING AUDIENCE in the last several years he got totally sideswiped by an 84 year old man who had actually been A WRITER OF THE NONPROLIFERATION TREATY...and he beat up Bushkee big time over his complete and idiotic move to let INDIA NOT SIGN and to allow them free riegn with nukes...and of course then proceded to insult our actual ally (who is on very delicate standing) Pakistan....Rice is the biggest failure of any head of state in history....she didn't get the big picture during Reagan and still hasn't....
