Politicians do not work on our timetables. We don't get fired or hired every two years, so we here can make political decisions like they'll be felt tomorrow, but those decisions don't work in our real political world. You folks respond to crisis in your lives right now, not in a year. Immediate actions apply for us when our house is on fire.

Yes our country is on fire now. It tears me up. Now it's time for a realistic payback. Now comes November 2006.
It now looks like a certainty we'll take the House back later this year. It even looks hopeful we'll barely take the Senate back. Who knows we may get a blowout in Senate races.

Feingold was basically grandstanding with his censure motion, and that is not saying it's a bad thing for his career. He knows that an up and down vote will go for Bush. So do Boxer, Harkin, and any others who vote for it. Cheap thrills. Ineffective. It will still be defined as a loss.
If a motion that one knows won't work is offered what you end up with is a goose egg in the record books. Try it, and then something like it later, and the Wingers will accuse you or second bites at the apple.
No Repub would vote to censure Dumbya. We'll take care of Bush & Co. after the 2006 elections. Bush is wallowing and stuck in his own snake pit of history.

Timing is everything for our party. The Republicans are losing more every day. They are self-imploding. It won't get any better in Iraq, so Bush will allow the troop pulldown to be implemented. He's stuck with the facts though. He and all who have been his puppets. Watch out when America delves into the horrible decisions that have been made by the Republicans. Now they're beginning to run from Bush like he's got leprosy.

So let's skip ahead 7 months. September 2006 we're still getting whacked every week in a losing war. Bush is still in office, a loser by every definition. He doesn't have the powder or the troops to invade anybody to effectively distract our people from the truths of his administration.
Oh brother just imagine that we finally get the House back.
Give us the Senate, and we have a quineila.

Every bill we create will be enacted. Then the Wingers will be shitting their pampers. There's more scandals ahead, and they won't be about blowjobs.

We've been beaten down so hard we may not be able to see the light heading our way. It's been so dark for so long.
That light is coming, and then we'll cry for happy.
It will be sweet. Our kids will appreciate it.

You guys are wearing the White hats. Don't forget it.
