$12 trillion? A piffling amount. That's only $40,000 per capita. At Fed interest rates of about 5%, that's only $2,000 a year. With a GDP per capita of $40,000 or so, that's only 5% of annual income.

Might as well double that. No worries!

[psst, don't mention it, but the USA can always default in a few years and enjoy the spending without having to repay the loans = excellent game to play]

PS: I note that you were unable to explain the simple economic principles which made a nuclear reactor and war in Iran + a $bns geopolitically risky pipeline to India, and power station in India, better than a very economical thermal power station in Iran and a nuclear reactor in India.
