Sorry, the second time in my message to Tim I said "steppers" on "scanners"...I never meant to imply no one has shipped "steppers" (obviouly?).....I am aware of course everyones shipping DUV steppers.

That IS news that Nikon has shipped a few scanners...when was this? Any idea if it is a "finished" product ready to ramp? Wonder how they got around the "laser" problem mentioned by Cymer?
