<I know for a fact that Nikon has shipped a few (>2) 248nm scanners ... 1 to IBM and at least 1 to Intel. Nikon has also shipped hundreds of DUV steppers which use Cymer lasers.> Sorry, the second time in my message to Tim I said "steppers" on "scanners"...I never meant to imply no one has shipped "steppers" (obviouly?).....I am aware of course everyones shipping DUV steppers. That IS news that Nikon has shipped a few scanners...when was this? Any idea if it is a "finished" product ready to ramp? Wonder how they got around the "laser" problem mentioned by Cymer? DAK
