Lee,Please mention the 95% drop in the amount of money demanded from Mr.Elgindy also 3 proposals to the judge filed in the declaration by Diego Brucielari!Please write about Mr.Elgindy's response to the governments 88 page (prison for life rant) just filed.It appears the new prosecutor has some humungous errors;one asking the judge to believe anything Derrick Cleveland says and 2,believing Cleveland over the SEC attorney Doug Gortimer concerning $1,000,000.00 USD of alleged gains in BGII they want from Mr.Elgindy.It's like asking someone to pay $ that was allegedly made by someone else.Mr. Elgindy's filing seems to pick the governments filing apart imho,I'm by no means an expert at any of this but I have a hunch the real story hasn't been told and you have some great stuff to write about.Many here and all over the world are eager to read the Elgindy response,I think you best get at it before someone else beats you to it?
