The whole point about freedom of thought and expression is that they are nothing more than ideas. They are not threats or conspiracy to obstruct. They are simply arguments for a course of action. In a free world, people can consider all ideas and reject those they dislike.

Islamo-Fascism is an idea.. Nazism was an idea.. Marxism was an idea...

Could you really have supported the right of people of British (and Commonwealth) society who shared the views of Nazi Germany to actively protest the involvement of their nation in a war against Hitler?? How about if they actively attempted to recruit people to wage a Nazi insurgency against what they believe is an illegal war against Hitler?

What if they chose to lend support as spies or propagandists to advance the cause they believe in, Nazism..

No nation could tolerate that, IMO... Just as we cannot tolerate those who would be willing to support Islamo-Fascism, or claim that what the US is doing toward creating democratic change and accountable government as a strategy to undermine Islamo-Fascism, is illegal...
