Some of our offices are experimenting with light.
I don't know much about it

Oh, dude!..get your butt to the best natural food store or alternative pharmacy in Seattle[something tells me it won't be hard to find a bunch!]..TODAY..one that has a decent book dept..it is amazing how much we need the light going through our itty bitty pupil to that itty bitty pineal gland..honest..I can start to be messainic about this..I'll surf the web for some links too..It's great that work is doing it..it's a big capital expense but there's enough data out there that make it 'pound wise'..

edit: computer light..niet!..we need the full spectrum like the sun which is also what your company is getting

I agree, 6 weeks is better..I did nights at the hospital during the early years..2 week rotations[ouch!]..we were so baaadddd sometimes..a group of nurses/respiratory therapists would go on Friday of payday to Pauley's Pub after breakfast for bloody mary's..by 10am, the place was packed with cops, computer folk, other hospital staff..a hoot!..never heard the dogs on those days!

Ah, life is a trip..off to get you some links on light!
