Not singling out hedge funds. I'm for changing the environment so that there is less scamming in the markets. Hedge funds have grown exponentially and the SEC needs to review the situation to discourage manipulation by, not just hedge funds, but let's not exclude them or provide an environment where they can operate off shore and scam.
