Big picture things are difficult, but smaller, narrowly focused agenda items are attainable if you can get a lawmaker's ear. I don't know what Bono currently wants to get through, but why should it matter which party he approaches in his effort to advance the agenda? The issue is more important to him than party factionalism. That should be admired, yes?
