James, with all I have said, why are you interested in this company? How do you know that news is coming on new contracts? If it comes as you say, I think you may be a candidate for insider trading if you know more than you are telling and this stock soars from news about these contracts. Not very smart if you ask me. It would be too coincidental that you mention it and then it comes. If it is from your oh so reliable source, then she may be setting herself up for a big fall.
