Thats when I picked up my shares (at 6 15/16). I have realized that on very small caps ,its a good idea to buy after heavy drops on gigantic volumes. This way, the down side is minimal but any positive development rockets the stock up. This works on good-solid companies that are having short time frame problems.
Did the same with Petsmart, though its not a very small cap. I suppose its the old philosophy of buying when others hate it.
Do see the stock go up to 23 by the years end. Just my opinion/guess.
