There appear to be two big buyers and my understanding is that they are not done yet. Institutions are running out of places to park money and CLTR is significantly undervalued. So, this run up makes sense to me even without any significant news. Some wild speculation is that since the Coulter family made a significant amount of money in the Beckman takeover of Coulter instruments, it is conceivable that they are investing some of these proceeds in their spin-off pharmaceutical company.
