Ah. Well, Europe in general is pretty stable. Canada is too close to the US and most Asian countries are too close to China. Once you are a citizen of one of the European countries, it is pretty easy to move around the various EU countries if you don't like your first choice.

For me, it was easy. My sons already had bank accounts set up for them by their grandparents in Germany.
